Are you planning to publish a book this year? The Book Launch Programme offers a platform to present new work through a dedicated spotlight event, open to festival-goers and the public, during the Festival from 21–25 October 2026.
GET STARTED
Submissions are open across all genres—fiction, non-fiction, poetry, prose, novels, satire, and more—from both emerging and established writers in English or Indonesian.
The format of your event is up to you: speeches, a conversation, a reading—it’s your vision!
This was undoubtedly a very memorable moment for me. Besides introducing my work to a wider audience, I also had the opportunity to network and meet many new acquaintances, further enhancing my knowledge of many things.

Things to Keep in Mind
When preparing your submission for our Book Launch Programme, keep a few things in mind. Below is your A–Z guide for your submission.
What I find enjoyable about the Festival is that I get to meet fellow writers. Writers rarely have the opportunity to connect with each other, but at a festival like this, I get the chance to know them better, network, and meet very attentive readers.
