Supports the Programming team in coordinating the festival's line-up of authors, speakers, and sessions, helping ensure a smooth experience for participants and audiences.
- Assisting with author and speaker logistics and scheduling
- Supporting the programming team with event coordination
You will support the Marketing & Communications team to keep the ticketing platform and website up to date, while creating content and assisting with campaigning, social media and media relations.
- Assisting with the online ticketing platform and customer queries
- Supporting digital marketing campaigns across email and social media
- Working closely with the Media Relations Coordinator on all media relations activities
You will ideally have experience with social media, in particular Instagram and TikTok.
You will support the Marketing & Communications team by designing visual assets for the Festival, including social media graphics, print collateral, and general campaign materials.
- Designing graphics for social media, newsletters, and festival publications
- Helping ensure brand consistency across all visual materials
You will ideally have hands-on experience with graphic design and know your way around programmes such as Photoshop and Canva.
