Programme Assistant

Supports the Programming team in coordinating the festival's line-up of authors, speakers, and sessions, helping ensure a smooth experience for participants and audiences.

Assisting with author and speaker logistics and scheduling
Supporting the programming team with event coordination

Marketing Assistant

You will support the Marketing & Communications team to keep the ticketing platform and website up to date, while creating content and assisting with campaigning, social media and media relations.

Assisting with the online ticketing platform and customer queries
Supporting digital marketing campaigns across email and social media
Working closely with the Media Relations Coordinator on all media relations activities

You will ideally have experience with social media, in particular Instagram and TikTok.

Graphic Designer

You will support the Marketing & Communications team by designing visual assets for the Festival, including social media graphics, print collateral, and general campaign materials.

Designing graphics for social media, newsletters, and festival publications
Helping ensure brand consistency across all visual materials

You will ideally have hands-on experience with graphic design and know your way around programmes such as Photoshop and Canva.

This opportunity is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students, with the flexibility to work remotely, in person, or a mix of both.
