Vamika Sinha is a writer, arts critic and deputy editor at Wasafiri. Her primary interests include migration, postcolonial feminism, diasporic relationships to the nation-state, and their intersections within visual art, literature and film. Vamika has extensive experience in independent magazine publishing and is the co-founder of Postscript, a now archived grassroots publication based out of the UAE. She holds literature degrees from NYU Abu Dhabi and SOAS University of London, and writes for publications such as Canvas, Aesthetica, Dazed Middle East and Art Africa. Originally from India and Botswana, she now lives in London.
