Brigid Delaney is an Australian speechwriter in federal politics for two cabinet ministers, and has also worked as a lawyer, journalist, travel writer, and screenwriter. Delaney is the co-creator and associate producer of the Netflix smash hit Wellmania, and was the author of the long-running and popular Guardian Australia column Brigid Delaney's Diary. Her previous books include This Restless Life, Wild Things, Wellmania, and Reasons Not to Worry. Reasons Not to Worry has been sold into 22 countries. She writes the Substack Chaotic Times and lives in Sydney.
